党的十一届三中全会以来,我国改革开放和现代化建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。在这累累硕果之中,有一颗璀璨的明珠,就是被邓小平同志誉为“农村改革最大的收获”的乡镇企业。近十多年间,乡镇企业获得了长足的发展,已经成为我国农村经济的重要支柱和国民经济的重要组成部分。但是,随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,乡镇企业要跃上新台阶,再造辉煌,又面临着严峻的挑战。只有把握机遇,采取相应的对策迎接挑战,才能实现乡镇企业的大提高、大突破、大发展。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, China’s reform, opening up, and modernization have achieved remarkable achievements. Among these fruits, there is a brilliant pearl that is hailed by Comrade Deng Xiaoping as the “biggest gain in rural reform.” In the past decade or so, township and village enterprises have achieved considerable development and have become an important pillar of China’s rural economy and an important part of the national economy. However, with the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system, township and village enterprises must leap to a new level and create brilliant achievements. They are also facing severe challenges. Only by grasping the opportunities and adopting corresponding countermeasures to meet the challenges can the large-scale improvement, major breakthrough, and great development of township and township enterprises be achieved.
