[目的] 探讨接触有机镓对动物骨镓、骨钙和骨磷含量的影响。[方法] 采用亚急性和慢性动物染毒实验,将不同剂量的有机镓灌胃,分别观察不同时间后大鼠的一般状况及处死后股骨中镓、钙、磷的含量及钙/磷比值。[结果] 亚急性染毒各剂量组动物股骨中镓及磷含量与对照组差别显著(P< 0.01),而骨钙值只有12m g/kg 剂量组与对照组有显著差异。慢性染毒各剂量组动物骨镓、钙、磷均与对照组差别显著(P< 0.05)。而实验组与对照组的骨中钙/磷比例却未见明显差异。给药期间动物未见明显体重影响及不良反应。[结论] 短期和长期接触有机镓均对大鼠骨镓及骨代谢有一定影响。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of organic gallium on the content of bone gallium, bone calcium and bone phosphorus in animals. [Methods] Subacute and chronic animal exposure experiments were conducted. Different doses of organic gallium were orally administered to rats. The general condition and the contents of gallium, calcium and phosphorus in the femur and calcium / phosphorus ratio after the sacrifice were observed. [Result] The contents of gallium and phosphorus in the femur of subacute exposure groups were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.01), while those of the 12 mg / kg calcium group were significantly different from those of the control group. Bone gallium, calcium and phosphorus in chronic exposure groups were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). The experimental group and the control group of bone calcium / phosphorus ratio but no significant difference. During the administration of animals no significant weight effects and adverse reactions. [Conclusion] Both short-term and long-term exposure to organic gallium have some effect on bone gallium and bone metabolism in rats.
