在新形势下,职场择人的标准发生了改变,培养学生综合职业素质,成为职业教育的主要发展方向,职业活动导向教学理念在职业教育中逐渐实践。但是,学生的学习愿望、学习能力、学习方法或个人性格等方面存在着很大的差异,导致初试阶段各教学环节尤其是成果展示环节,出现了许多问题。老师们在不断的实践中反思与总结,并采取相应的措施及对策,保证了职业导向教学的顺利实施,也真正地达到了培养学生综合职业能力的目标。
Under the new situation, the standard of job selection has changed, and students’ comprehensive professional qualities have become the main development direction of vocational education. The concept of occupational activity oriented teaching has gradually been practiced in vocational education. However, students’ learning desires, learning abilities, learning methods, or personalities and other aspects of the existence of a great difference, leading to the first test phase of the teaching aspects, especially the presentation of the results, there have been many problems. Teachers in the continuous practice of reflection and summary, and take appropriate measures and countermeasures to ensure the smooth implementation of vocational guidance teaching, but also truly achieve the goal of training students in comprehensive professional ability.
