曳引式电梯是由电磁力驱动曳引轮带动曳引绳、曳引绳牵动轿厢实现垂直上下运行的设备。按照曳引工作原理和事故案例统计,在电梯运行状态转换发生故障的情况下,轿厢上行超速与下行超速的几率和危害大致相同。电梯轿厢下行超速保护问题早已通过限速器一安全钳联动保护装置得到根本解决,为此,国家标准GB 7588—2003提出了电梯应装设有轿厢上行超速保护。本文对曳引式电梯轿厢上行超速的原因、保护装置的设置要求、特点、检验内容与方法等进行分析。

Upward speeding protection of the elevator car has already been basically solved through the speed limiter and safety gear interlocking protection device. Therefore, the national standard GB 7588-2003 proposes that the elevator should be equipped with a car upstream speeding protection. This paper analyzes the reason of the upward speeding of the elevator car and the setting requirements, features, test contents and methods of the protection device.
