浙江省各地供销社从1989年下半年开始,针对城乡市场变化状况,适时调整经营思想、经营策略和经营方式,从而增强了企业应变能力和竞争能力,扩大了经营,搞活了农村市场,也提高了企业效益。现将浙江省上虞、萧山、桐乡等8个县、市社主任在1989年12月中旬召开的全省供销社主任会议上的发言,摘要刊登,以供参考。
From the second half of 1989, all supply and marketing cooperatives in Zhejiang Province began to adjust the business thinking, business strategy and business mode in response to the changes in the urban and rural markets, thereby enhancing the company’s resilience and competitiveness, expanding its operations, invigorating the rural market, and increasing Business benefits. The speeches made by the eight county and city directors of Shangyu, Xiaoshan and Tongxiang in Zhejiang Province in mid-December 1989 at the meeting of directors of the province’s Supply and Marketing Cooperatives were published for reference.
