Our head office was founded in October 1986. It is an export-oriented comprehensive enterprise aiming at accelerating the development, development and prosperity of Hainan’s economy in Hainan. There are 3 directly-affiliated companies, 17 domestic and foreign-owned joint ventures. Over the past few years, we have correctly implemented the policy of domestic invigoration and opening up to the outside world, and made full use of the preferential policies of the central government for Hainan, so that enterprises’ foreign exchange earnings from exports from 1987 to 1989 were awarded the first prize in Hainan Province for three consecutive years. Among them, 235 million U.S. dollars were earned in 1989, ranking the highest in Hainan’s exports. In 1989, the country further strengthened its economic environment and rectified
