针对封丘县近年来普遍存在的农村林权纠纷这一突出问题进行深入的调查、分析。剖析了当前林权纠纷的主要原因;总结了林权纠纷的特点,把当前农村林权纠纷问题进行分类,研究出了解决当前农村林权纠纷的对策。
In view of the outstanding problems of forest tenure disputes in Fengqiu County, which have been prevailing in recent years, an in-depth investigation and analysis were conducted. Analyzes the main reason of the current forest rights disputes, summarizes the characteristics of the forest rights disputes, classifies the current rural forest rights disputes, and studies the countermeasures to solve the current rural forest rights disputes.
