[目的]观察养肺消瘤汤联合GP化疗方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)治疗ⅢB期、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。[方法]将符合纳入标准的98例患者随机分为治疗组(中药+化疗组)及对照组(单纯化疗组),其中治疗组50例,对照组48例。两组均采取标准GP化疗方案,治疗组加用中药养肺消瘤汤,治疗期为3个月。主要观察指标为瘤体大小、卡氏评分、毒副反应。[结果]两组瘤体大小变化、卡氏评分、毒副反应比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效优于单纯化疗组,并可减轻化疗的毒副反应。
[Objective] To observe the short-term curative effect of Yangfei Xiaoyu Decoction combined with GP chemotherapy (gemcitabine + cisplatin) in the treatment of stage ⅢB and Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods] Ninety-eight patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (traditional Chinese medicine + chemotherapy group) and control group (chemotherapy alone group), including 50 in the treatment group and 48 in the control group. Both groups were taken standard GP chemotherapy regimen, the treatment group plus Chinese Yangfei Xiaoyao Soup, the treatment period of 3 months. The main indicators for the size of the tumor, the card’s score, toxicity. [Results] The changes of tumor size, Karnofsky score and toxicity in the two groups were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the short term effect is better than chemotherapy group, and can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
