风险管理从20世纪30年代开始萌芽,起源于美国。当时的风险管理主要依赖保险手段减少金融危机及巨大事故灾害带来的经济损失。到20世纪50年代风险管理发展成为一门学科,开始使用风险管理一词。20世纪70年代以后逐渐掀起了全球性的风险管理运动,欧洲和日本开始风险管理研究。
Risk management has sprouted since the 1930s and originated in the United States. At that time, the risk management mainly relied on insurance measures to reduce the economic losses caused by the financial crisis and the huge accident disaster. By the 1950s risk management evolved into a discipline that began to use the term risk management. Since the 1970s, a global risk management campaign has been gradually established, and research on risk management has started in Europe and Japan.
