日本的安全生产工作在世界上处于较高的水平。20世纪50年代后,随着经济的发展,工业化水平提高,日本的安全生产问题突显。1961年,日本工伤事故死亡人数达到了历史最高的6712人。为加强安全生产和减少伤亡事故,日本政府制定了《劳动安全卫生法》、《矿山安全法》等一系列法律法规,建立健全了安全生产监督监察机制,形成了安全生产信息管理系统,实施了安全生产监督监察计划,加强了监察员队伍建设。
Japan’s safety work is at a high level in the world. After the 1950s, with the development of economy and industrialization, the issue of safety in Japan was highlighted. In 1961, the number of deaths from work-related accidents in Japan reached a record high of 6712. In order to strengthen safety in production and reduce casualties, the Japanese government has enacted a series of laws and regulations such as the Law on Labor Safety and Health and the Law on Mine Safety, established and improved a safety inspection and supervision mechanism, formed a safety production information management system and implemented Safety Supervision and Supervision plan to strengthen the ranks of inspectors.
