At the invitation of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, Prof. Chen Guoda, member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and director of Changsha Institute of Tectonics, paid a visit to the Soviet Union from September 5 to 28, accompanied by Associate Huang Su, and was invited to attend the International Association of Deposits Six meetings. The Symposium on the Cause of the International Deposits was hosted by the Soviet Union and was held in Tbilisi, the capital of the Republic of Georgia.
