中国地质学会成立六十年了。中国地质学会及其所属各个专业委员会,巳成为广大地质工作者进行学术活动的纽带,它把地质人员团结组织起来,扬长进短,它尽其能,为振兴中华,推动四化,当好尖兵。地质学会多年来所发挥的作用,巳为地质人员所公认。
China Geological Society was established six years. The Geological Society of China and its various professional committees have become the ties of the academic activities of the vast geological workers. They organize the geological personnel in unity and work hard to achieve greater progress. They do their best to revitalize China and promote the four modernizations. . The role played by the Geological Society over the years has been recognized by geologists.
