α-氨基膦酸肽类(Ⅰ,phosphonopep-tides]是七十年代发现的一类新型的合成抗菌剂。通过抑制细菌细胞壁合成酶,阻止细菌细胞壁的形成而显示抗菌作用。其中以α-丙酰-α-氨基乙膦酸[Ⅱ,Alaphospholin]活性最强,抗菌谱广。
α-Aminophosphopeptides (Ⅰ, phosphonopep-tides] is a new type of synthetic antibacterial agent discovered in the seventies.It shows antibacterial activity by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthase and preventing bacterial cell wall formation.Among them, Acyl-α-amino-phosphonic acid [Ⅱ, Alaphospholin] the most active, broad antibacterial spectrum.
