小周是2005届的大学毕业生,今年三月他通过考试到本市一家事业单位工作。这两天他接到老同学电话邀请,让他请年假一起去西藏旅游。小周虽然很高兴,但是由于工作时间不长,对于职工带薪休假制度还不是很清楚,他不知道自己是否可以休年假。当小周把这个顾虑告诉给老同学时,老同学乐了:“我们一起毕业的,我所在的企业每年都有带薪假期,更别说你的单位了。”事实真得如此吗?小周是否可以休年假呢?
Xiao Zhou is the 2005 session of the college graduates, in March this year he passed the exam to a city business unit.
