装配式输油管道悬索跨越结构的铺设目的在于保证输油管道能够跨越复杂的地质障碍。常规跨越结构是将管道铺设于成桥上,所研究的跨越结构采用的跨越方法不用建立成桥,只需将装配式管道通过吊杆悬挂于几条平行的承载索上。通过研究120 m跨度的悬索结构,计算出装配式管道的管接头处可允许的最大折角,讨论了两岸高度差对管接头转角的影响,得到该结构实施的两岸最大允许高差。该结构作为临时性管道桥,具有可快速铺设、方便拆装、运输便捷,以及能够满足跨河与跨峡谷机动输油需求的特点,可为输油管道的跨越施工提供参考。(表4,图6,参10)
The purpose of laying the suspension structure of fabricated oil pipeline is to ensure that oil pipeline can cross complex geological obstacles. The conventional cross-over structure is to lay the pipeline on the bridge, and the span method adopted by the cross-over structure is not required to be bridged, only the fabricated pipeline is suspended on several parallel support ropes through the suspension rod. By studying the suspension structure with a span of 120 m, the maximum allowable bending angle at the pipe fitting of the assembled pipe is calculated. The influence of the height difference between the two sides on the pipe joint corner is discussed. The maximum allowable height difference between the two sides of the structure is obtained. As a temporary pipeline bridge, the structure has the characteristics of quick laying, convenient disassembly and assembly, convenient transportation, and can meet the demand of motor oil transportation across the river and across the gorge. It can provide a reference for oil pipeline crossing construction. (Table 4, Figure 6, reference 10)
