一些优秀的学术期刊为保证期刊的编校质量及所刊发文章的专业学术质量,制定了比较严格的业务流程。在实际操作中,由于同行专家评议、版面及编辑工作效率等因素的限制及稿源在某个时期过于集中而出现出版时滞,导致了出版周期过长。文章从4个方面探讨了如何充分发掘期刊编辑的出版潜力,调整期刊出版时滞,提高文献传播的时效性等可利用的方法及手段。期刊编辑部的实践表明,各类软资源只能对调节期刊出版时滞起到短期的辅助效用,优化内部管理才是调节期刊出版时滞的根本方法及手段。

In practice, due to the limitations of peer reviewers, the efficiency of layout and editorial work, and the fact that the sources have been too concentrated in a certain period of time, there has been a time lag in publication which has led to a prolonged publication period. The article explores the available methods and methods from four aspects of how to fully tap the publishing potential of journal editors, adjust the time lag of journal publication, and improve the timeliness of document dissemination. The practice of periodical editorial department shows that all kinds of soft resources can only play a supplementary role in adjusting the periodical publication delay, and optimizing internal management is the fundamental method and means of adjusting the publication time lag.
