由于非牛顿液体在工业中,特别是在石油开采工业中的日益广泛的应用,非牛顿流体力学已逐渐成为流体力学的一个重要分支。非牛顿液体具有复杂的流变特性。本文对粘性和粘弹性非牛顿液体的流变特性及其结构机理作了简要的介绍。本文阐述了以皂仁粉溶液等几种非牛顿液体在人造岩心中进行渗流试验的结果。由试验可知,溶液本身的浓度及岩心的渗透率等将对非牛顿液体在多孔介质中的流变特性产生重要的影响。本文还介绍了根据试验得到的上述非牛顿液体在线性及平面径向岩心模型中渗流时的压力分布规律。
Non-Newtonian fluid mechanics has gradually become an important branch of fluid mechanics due to the increasingly widespread use of non-Newtonian fluids in industry, particularly in the oil extraction industry. Non-Newtonian fluids have complex rheological properties. In this paper, rheological properties of viscous and viscoelastic non-Newtonian liquids and their structural mechanisms are briefly introduced. In this paper, the results of seepage test in artificial cores with several non-Newtonian liquids such as soap kernel powder solution are described. It can be seen from the test that the concentration of the solution itself and the permeability of the core will have an important effect on the rheological properties of the non-Newtonian liquid in porous media. This paper also introduces the pressure distribution law of the above non-Newtonian liquid seepage in the linear and planar radial core model according to the experiment.
