目的为具有弱酸性药物的含量测定寻找出设备简单、操作方便、准确性好的方法奠定基础。方法 采用线性滴定法测定牛磺酸的含量，即通过等量分步加入滴定剂，测定相应的ｐＨ值，再利用Ｊｏｈａｎｓｓｏｎ计算法求得计量点体积。结果实验值与理论值相比，变异系数为０．１％。结论该方法测定牛磺酸的含量准确度和精密度均较高，而且设备简单，操作方便。
The purpose for the determination of the content of weakly acidic drugs to find out the equipment is simple, easy to operate, accurate and lays the foundation for the method. Methods The content of taurine was determined by linear titration. The titration agent was added in equal steps and the corresponding pH value was determined. The volume of the tapping point was calculated by Johansson’s method. The results of the experimental value and the theoretical value, the coefficient of variation of 0.1%. Conclusion The method of determination of taurine content accuracy and precision are high, and the device is simple and easy to operate.
