新课程实施以来,各级教研机构、专家、教师都致力于寻找增效减负的课堂模式和教研方式。“同课异构”校本教研就是在课程改革的新形势下旨在提升教学质量和教师专业素质的一种教研方式。它通过统一的课题,不同老师的执教,每个教师的参与听课、评课,使教师与教师之间互相交流,产生有益的“互补共振效应”。因此,“同课异构”是具有现实的、深刻的意义,其发展潜力很大。
