6月份以来,全国多处地方出现秸秆焚烧现象,农作物秸秆综合利用问题,再次成为社会关注的热点。秸秆过去是燃料,现在被煤或电力取代;过去被当成肥料,现在被化肥取代;过去用做耕牛的饲料,现在耕牛被农业机械取代……如此看来,秸秆问题实际上是工业初步改造传统农业,但还没有彻底改造的结果。因此只有让这些现在看起来毫无用处的秸秆真正发挥作用,生出效益,才能从根本上解决问题。值得欣喜的是,一些围绕农作物秸秆“做文章”从中生出效益的最新科技创新成果,目前在实践中已被逐渐应用,并进入产业化阶段。
