细菌性痢疾是我区常见的、发病较高的肠道传染病,为探索我区痢疾杆菌的菌型分布及耐药状况,为流行病学调查和药物防治提供实验室依据,我们在今年收集各县市的菌株进行菌型鉴定和抗菌药物敏感试验,并整理近年来部分县市报告材料。综合如下: 材料与方法一、菌株来源:收集我区各县市卫生防疫站及医院之菌株,主要为各医院门诊急慢性病人粪便中检出。二、实验方法: 1、菌型鉴定:将各县市上送的菌株在伊红美蓝培养基上划线分离培养,37℃孵育24小时,挑取典型菌落,接种于克氏含铁双糖培基,37℃孵育18~24小时,分别作生化反应及痢疾
