经山西省人民政府批准并以晋政办发(1989)52号文件通知成立的“临汾地区地震区划和防震规划工作委员会”,于1989年8月10日在太原迎泽宾馆举行第一次全体会议.山西省副省长吴俊洲、国家地震局局长方樟顺出席会议并讲了话.省计委、建设厅、民政厅、临汾行署的负责同志亦出席了会议.会上马宗晋研究员报告了工作大纲和工作进度安排.
