目的观察黄柏胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法将216例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各108例。患者均行外用保妇康栓进行治疗,在此基础上观察组采用黄柏胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗,对照组单纯使用克拉霉素治疗,治疗后观察患者的疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.2%显著优于对照组的89.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗初期有部分患者有局部烧灼感,在用药1h后未作特殊处理,不良症状消失,轻微胃肠及阴道刺激性反应2例,继续用药一段时间后症状消失。结论黄柏胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效显著,优于单纯使用克拉霉素治疗,值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Huangbai capsule combined with clarithromycin on chronic cervicitis. Methods 216 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 108 cases. Patients were treated with external Baofukang suppository treatment, on the basis of the observation group treated with Huangbai capsule combined with clarithromycin, the control group simply treated with clarithromycin, after treatment, observe the efficacy of the patient. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.2%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (89.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the early stage of treatment, some patients had a local burning sensation, and no special treatment was given after 1h of treatment. The adverse symptoms disappeared. There were 2 mild gastrointestinal and vaginal irritation reactions and the symptoms disappeared after a period of continuous medication. Conclusion Huangbai capsule combined with clarithromycin treatment of chronic cervicitis significant effect, better than the simple use of clarithromycin treatment, it is widely used in clinical.
