目的:研究CT和MRI融合技术在眼球及眼眶肿瘤中的应用。方法:对13例眼球及眼眶肿瘤的CT和MRI的二维图像通过特征点配准结合ILCP法(IterativeLocalClosestPoint)进行融合,运用RayTracing法进行三维融合图像的重建。结果:实现了人眼球及眼眶肿瘤CT和MRI三维融合图像的重建与显示,眼球及眼眶肿瘤的CT和MRI信息综合起来作为一个整体成像在同一幅图像上,立体显示了眼部正常与病变组织的三维结构,提供了眼眶的三维立体视觉,使眼眶的结构便于理解。结论:多模图像融合能使临床获取更准确和全面的诊断信息。它能帮助医师制订周密的手术方案,并且对临床教学及加强医患沟通有重要指导意义。
Objective: To study the application of CT and MRI fusion in ocular and orbital tumors. Methods: Two-dimensional CT and MRI images of 13 cases of eyeball and orbital tumors were fused by Iterative Local Focusing (ILCP) method through feature point registration. RayTracing method was used to reconstruct 3D fusion images. Results: Reconstruction and visualization of CT and MRI images of human eye and orbital tumors were achieved. The CT and MRI information of eyeball and orbital tumors were combined as a whole to be imaged on the same image. The three-dimensional images of normal and diseased eyes Of the three-dimensional structure, providing three-dimensional orbital vision so that the orbital structure easy to understand. Conclusion: Multimodal image fusion can make clinical obtain more accurate and comprehensive diagnostic information. It can help doctors to develop a careful surgical plan, and clinical teaching and to strengthen communication between doctors and patients is an important guide.
