《企业文化》是一门年轻的边缘性学科,它随着全球化进程的加快与知识经济的快速发展应运而生,在管理科学体系中占据重要的地位。合作学习就是在“以学为中心”的教育理念下,以学习小组作为基本形式的教学活动。本文运用调查法以调查问卷为主要形式进行数据收集和分析,从合作学习的历史渊源出发,基于建构主义,从学生的角度出发进行分析,以期更为高效地实施企业文化课程合作学习,从而提高企业文化课程的教学质量。
“Corporate culture” is a young and marginal subject. With the acceleration of the globalization process and the rapid development of knowledge economy, “enterprise culture” came into being, occupying an important position in the management science system. Cooperative learning is under the educational philosophy of “learning from the center” and the learning group as the basic form of teaching activities. Based on the historical origins of cooperative learning and based on constructivism, this paper uses questionnaires as the main form of data collection and analysis, starting from the perspective of students to carry out the analysis, with a view to more efficient implementation of collaborative learning of enterprise culture courses, thereby enhancing Teaching quality of corporate culture course.
