本文采用高效液相色谱紫外检测37例不同类型的特发性癫痫患者脑脊液(CSF)中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量,特发性强直-阵挛性发作组CSF中GABA水平明显低于单纯部分性发作组和单纯部分性发作继发强直-阵挛性发作组(P<0.05)。服用抗癫痫药物组CSF中GABA含量明显高于未用药组(P<0.001),疾病组CSF中GABA含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),初步表明特发性癫痫的发病机制与中枢神经系统内抑制性氨基酸递质水平过低有关。
In this paper, γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 37 patients with idiopathic epilepsy were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (UV). GABA levels in CSF of idiopathic tonic-clonic seizure group were significantly lower than Simple partial seizures and simple partial seizures secondary to tonic-clonic seizure group (P <0.05). The levels of GABA in the CSF of the patients taking antiepileptic drugs were significantly higher than those of the untreated group (P <0.001), and the levels of GABA in the CSF of the patients with epilepsy were significantly lower than those of the normal control group (P <0.001) Pathogenesis and central nervous system inhibitory amino acid transmitter level is too low.
