本世纪80年代末,在北京城区西南隅护城河畔的南菜园地区,出现了一座按照古典名著《红楼梦》中“大观园”的描写而建成的古典园林——大观园,为首都北京这座世界历史文化名城又增添了一处名园新景。绚丽多彩的大观园在京城一出现,立即引起各界人士的关注,中外学者和游人纷至沓来,都以一睹这座“天上人间诸景备”的园林为快。同时,在社会上,对这座“新建古典园林”也引起了广泛的议论,众说纷纭褒贬不一。为了探索修建这座园林的价值,总结经验,我们查阅了大量文献资料,深入大观
At the end of the 1980s, in the Nancaiyuan area on the southwestern bank of the moat in the urban area of Beijing, a classical garden, the Grand View Garden, was built according to the description of the “Grand View Garden” in the classic “A Dream of Red Mansions”. It is the capital of Beijing, a world history and culture. The famous city has added a new view of the famous garden. The appearance of the colorful Grand View Garden in the capital immediately attracted the attention of people from all walks of life. Scholars and visitors from both China and abroad came to see the gardens in the heaven and earth. At the same time, in the society, this “new classical garden” also caused widespread discussion, and the opinions vary. In order to explore the value of building this garden and sum up experiences, we have consulted a large amount of literature and materials.
