11月30日下午,自治区党委在南宁召开全区领导干部会议。中共中央组织部副部长张纪南受中央领导同志的委派,宣布了中共中央关于广西壮族自治区党委主要领导同志职务调整的决定,并作重要讲话。刘奇葆同志主持会议并讲话。郭声琨、陆兵同志分别讲话。张纪南首先宣布了中共中央的决定:郭声琨同志任广西壮族自治区党委书记,刘奇葆同志不再担任广西壮族自治区党委书记、常委、委员职务。
On the afternoon of November 30, the regional party committee of the autonomous region held a meeting of leading cadres in the entire district in Nanning.
