在已经建立的数学模型的基础上,对大型钢坯修磨机三种液压恒力加载系统进行了简略的理论分析和论证,提出了以砂轮作用点动态刚度来定量评价加载系统跟随特性的思路。试验研究结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
Based on the established mathematical model, three kinds of hydraulic constant force loading system of large billet dressing machine are briefly analyzed and argued. The idea of quantitatively evaluating the following characteristics of loading system based on the dynamic stiffness of the point acting on the grinding wheel is proposed. The experimental results prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
