近年来,随着素质教育改革不断深入,小学音乐基础教育越来越受到社会、相关政府部门、学校的关注,小学音乐课堂教学水平也有了很大的提高。但由于海南省音乐基础教育起步晚,起点低,加之教师资源分配差异大,很多县下城市的音乐教师都由没有受过音乐专业训练的主科老师担任,在教学内容、教学手段、教学设计等环节还存在许多问题,那么进行教师职后培训应该说是非常必要的。但目前,海南省小学音乐教师培训机构由于存在教学内容,教学形式违背培训目标等问题。培训效果并不是很理想。
