作者于1994～1995协助基层医院会诊、抢救了9例上消化道大出血的患者，现报告如下。1临床资料本组9例，均为男性．年龄26～62岁．平均年龄44岁．皆第一次出血而住院。胃、十二指肠溃疡并发出血5例，其中2例经非手术治疗而出血停止，另3例均施行了胃大部切除，术后出血停止。3例
