胰腺淋巴管瘤占全部淋巴管瘤的不到l％。1966～1994年间，美国陆军医院病理科内分泌肿瘤注册登记了IO例胰腺淋巴管瘤。女8例，男2例。年龄2～61岁（平均28．9岁）。全部病例均符合Enzigen阐述的淋巴管瘤的组织学标准：（1）淋巴管腔村有内皮；（2）淋巴管胜之间的间隔有平滑肌
Pancreatic lymphangioma accounts for less than 1 % of all lymphangiomas. Between 1966 and 1994, 10 cases of pancreatic lymphangioma were registered in the Department of Pathology endocrinology of the United States Army Hospital. 8 females and 2 males. Age 2 to 61 years old (average 28.9 years old). All cases met the histological criteria of lymphangioma described by Enzigen: (1) Endothelial in the lymphatic lumen; (2) Smooth muscle at intervals between lymphatic vessel wins.
