ａｌｔｉｔｒｅｘｅｄ是新近开发的一种胸苷盐合酶抑制剂，已有１０多个国家将其作为治疗晚期结直肠癌的一线药物。现今正在广泛进行ｒａｌｔｉｔｒｅｘｅｄ单药或联合治疗癌症的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期试验，初步资料显示，在疗效、耐受性和生活质量等方面已获良好结果
Altitrexed is a recently developed thymidylate synthase inhibitor that has been used in more than 10 countries as a first-line treatment for advanced colorectal cancer. Nowadays, phase I and II trials of raltitrexed monotherapy or combination therapy for cancer are being widely conducted. Preliminary data show that good results have been achieved in terms of efficacy, tolerability and quality of life.
