目的探讨杭州师范大学附属医院自拟中药汤剂辅助西医常规治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效和安全性。方法将2011年1月—2013年12月间杭州师范大学附属医院口腔科收治的154例复发性口腔溃疡患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者77例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加服该院自拟的中药汤剂。治疗1个月,对2组疗效、溃疡愈合时间、疼痛时间、疼痛指数和不良反应进行观察。所有数据均使用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果观察组近、远期总有效率为分别为97.4%、85.7%,显著高于对照组的85.7%、67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组溃疡愈合时间、溃疡疼痛持续时间、溃疡疼痛指数分别为(4.45±1.8)d、(3.1±1.3)d、(12.3±4.8)分,均显著低于对照组的(7.09±2.3)d、(5.4±1.7)d、(25.1±6.9)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗复发性口腔溃疡基础上,加服该院自拟的中药汤剂可明显缩短病程、缓解疼痛、提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction adjuvant to western medicine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Hospital. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013, 154 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to Department of Stomatology, Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 77 patients in each group. The control group of patients given conventional Western medicine treatment, observation group patients on the basis of this service plus the hospital’s own Chinese medicine decoction. Treatment for 1 month, the two groups of curative effect, ulcer healing time, pain time, pain index and adverse reactions were observed. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 statistical software. Results The total and long-term effective rates of the observation group were 97.4% and 85.7% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (85.7% and 67.5%, P <0.05). The ulcer healing time, ulcer pain (4.45 ± 1.8) d, (3.1 ± 1.3) d and (12.3 ± 4.8) d were significantly lower than those in the control group (7.09 ± 2.3 d, 5.4 ± 1.7 d, (25.1 ± 6.9) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Based on the conventional treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in Western medicine, adding Chinese herbal decoction prepared by this hospital can obviously shorten the course of the disease, relieve the pain and improve the curative effect.
