为了让违法犯罪分子无法串供、翻供、逃匿和毁证,国家设立了专门关押未决犯的特殊场所——看守所;为了逃避法律的惩处,在押犯及其亲属们,千方百计地寻找和制造机会,以求内外串通、翻供和毁证;为了给在押犯以人道主义的待遇,法律允许家属为其转送日常生活用品,这样就为其内外串通提供了夹带“私货”的途径。 本文仅从山东省东明县监所检察干警“缉私”事迹中,采撷几朵“花絮”奉献给读者。
