实训是高职职业技术学院人才培养的关键一环,以技能培养为核心的理论学习只有在实训中才能得到检验和实践积累。但我国高职实训的发展面临着资源少,形式化等问题,学生在实训中很难获得实质性的提高,并对就业的推动作用较小。本文从企业经营管理角度出发,探讨了高职实训基地流程化管理的体系建设,以期对我国高等职业教育的发展起到一定的积极作用。
Practical training is a key part of personnel training in vocational and technical colleges. The theoretical study centered on skill training can only be tested and accumulated in practical training. However, the development of practical training in higher vocational education in our country is faced with the problems of few resources and formalization. It is very hard for students to obtain substantive improvement in practical training and to promote the employment less. This article from the business management point of view, discusses the vocational training base of process management system, with a view to the development of China’s higher vocational education play a positive role.
