目的了解医疗机构近三年的消毒灭菌状况,加强医院感染控制及医疗机构的消毒管理工作。方法采用现场抽检方法,对大理州医疗机构卫生消毒与灭菌质量进行监测与评价。结果大理州近三年从各级医疗机构中共采集不同对象标本21 342份,卫生消毒质量合格率为88.87%。无菌物品、物体表面与医务人员手、室内空气等监测对象合格率依次为94.34%、87.46%和82.82%。随着医疗机构级别降低,消毒质量合格率依次降低。结论云南大理州各级医疗机构消毒效果近年来有所改进,但应重点关注无菌物品灭菌质量,限期改进和提高。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in recent three years and to strengthen the control of hospital infection and the disinfection and management of medical institutions. Methods On-the-spot sampling method was used to monitor and evaluate the hygiene disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutions in Dali. Results In the recent three years, Dali Prefecture collected 21 342 specimens of different subjects from all levels of medical institutions, and the qualified rate of hygiene disinfection was 88.87%. The passing rate of the aseptic objects, the surface of the object, the hand of the medical staff and the indoor air were 94.34%, 87.46% and 82.82% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Dali Prefecture of Yunnan Province has been improved in recent years.
