曙光油田稀油区块1975年投入开发,经过30多年的开采,现已进入开发后期。随着开发的深入,储层的敏感性对开发的影响逐渐显露出来。由于地层中的黏土含量过高,当注入地层中的水质与黏土矿物质遭遇时,会出现水敏效应,出现水化膨胀,进而堵塞地层孔隙,降低渗透率,导致注水井注水压力升高,造成注不进,从而影响稀油开发效果。水井防膨预处理技术采用一种新型黏土防膨剂,能够减少地层粘土表面的负离子,通过电荷进行离子交换,从而使水敏性膨胀粘土转化为非水敏性膨胀粘土,抑制黏土矿物遇水膨胀,保证注水压力的平稳。
