用应力松弛方法研究超低碳贝氏体H型钢在850、900、950、1000和1050℃,变形速率15s-1条件下,经过10%和50%预变形后等温应变诱导析出行为,由于这些析出行为终止静态再结晶过程,试验结果表明超低碳贝氏体H型钢再结晶停止温度在950℃。根据应力松弛方法研究结果研究了不同非再结晶区变形量条件下材料组织和性能的变化,结果表明非再结晶区的变形量越大对组织性能越有利,非再结晶的变形量应不少于40%。
The stress relaxation behavior of the ultra-low carbon bainitic H-section steels was investigated at isothermal strain of 10% and 50% pre-deformation at 850, 900, 950, 1000 and 1050 ℃ and deformation rate of 15s-1. Precipitation behavior terminates the static recrystallization process. The experimental results show that recrystallization stop temperature of ultra-low carbon bainitic H-beam is 950 ℃. According to the results of stress relaxation method, the changes of microstructure and properties under different deformations of non-recrystallization zone were studied. The results show that the larger the deformation of non-recrystallization zone, the more favorable the microstructure and the less deformation of non-recrystallization At 40%.
