隐性辍学学生群是一个庞大的群体,这个以“差生”为核心、以厌学为主要表现形式、以辍学为最后归宿的学生群体大约占中学生总数的40%左右。隐性辍学学生的受教育权客观上受到了不同程度的侵害。这种侵害主要表现在班级编排歧视排斥、课时保证有效性不足、座位安排靠后靠边、课堂教学被忽视遗忘、教师态度冷漠偏心、管理要求松弛放任、升学机会被公然剥夺等方面。隐性辍学的学生总是被教师或家长有意无意地给予心理挫伤,这种心理挫伤一般通过冷暴力、人格侮辱、定势评价等方式造成。隐性辍学学生的身体健康受到不同程度的摧残,人生发展受到不同程度的扭曲。庞大的隐性辍学学生群的境况令人忧虑,呼吁关注隐性辍学的孩子们。
Recessive drop-out student groups are a large group. The core group whose students are poor students and weariness-based students account for about 40% of the total number of students. The implicit education of students who drop out of school objectively suffered different degrees of infringement. Recessive dropout students’ physical health have been devastated to varying degrees and their development has been distorted in varying degrees. The situation of a large group of hidden dropouts is worrisome and calls for attention to children who are retreating into recession.
