目的分析并探讨药学咨询服务在医院如何开展,开展后会对患者产生什么样的影响。方法对患者的住院资料进行回顾性的分析,选取一定数量的患者,分为两组,一组为观察组,一组为对照组,观察组进行药学咨询服务,观察其用药和病历;对照组则未享受药学咨询服务,观察其用药以及病历。主要分析患者的两项指标,一项是对医院服务的满意程度,另一项是患者对治疗措施(如用药等)的依从性。最后对所有数据进行整理和分析,得出结果。结果观察组和对照组进行分析和对比后,发现在观察组在三个方面优于对照组,一是治疗效果,观察组优于对照组;二是患者对医护人员以及医院服务的评价,观察组优于对照组;三是对治疗措施的依从性,观察组优于对照组,观察组的大多数患者遵医嘱。结论药学咨询服务如果正确开展,那么有四个方面的好处,一是提高医院形象;二是和谐医患关系;三是促进患者康复;四是促进患者进行正确的治疗,以正确的方式服药。
Objective To analyze and discuss how the pharmacy consulting service can be carried out in the hospital and what kind of impact it will have on patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the hospitalization data of patients. A certain number of patients were selected and divided into two groups. One group was observation group, the other one was control group. The observation group was provided with pharmacy consultation service to observe its medication and medical record. The control group Did not enjoy the pharmacy consulting services, observe its medication and medical records. The main analysis of two indicators of patients, one is the satisfaction of the hospital services, the other is the patient’s treatment (such as medication, etc.) compliance. Finally, organize and analyze all the data to get the result. Results Analysis and comparison of the observation group and the control group, found in the observation group was superior to the control group in three aspects, the first is the treatment effect, the observation group is superior to the control group; the second is the evaluation of patients for hospital staff and hospital services, observation Group is superior to the control group; third is the compliance of treatment measures, the observation group is better than the control group, the observation group most patients follow the doctor’s advice. Conclusion If the pharmacy consulting service is carried out correctly, there are four advantages. First, it will improve the image of the hospital. Second, it should harmonize the relationship between the doctors and patients. Third, promote the rehabilitation of the patients. Fourth, promote the patients to take the proper treatment and take the medicine in the correct way.
