目的通过调查分析高脂血症女性膳食营养素摄入情况及膳食结构,为今后营养健康教育提供依据。方法采用24小时膳食回顾法记录45例高脂血症女性两次连续三天膳食摄入情况。结果本次调查高脂血症女性能量的日平均摄入为1912.3kcal,其中蛋白质提供能量比例为13.8%,脂肪为29.5%,碳水化合物为56.7%。结论本次调查高脂血症女性膳食结构不合理,脂肪摄入量较多,应调整膳食结构。建议此人群应改善不合理的饮食习惯,达到平衡膳食。
Objective To investigate the dietary nutrient intake and dietary structure of hyperlipidemic women by investigating and providing basis for future nutrition and health education. Methods The dietary intake of 45 hyperlipidemic women was recorded on two occasions for three consecutive days using a 24-hour dietary review. Results The daily average intake of female hyperlipidemia was 1912.3 kcal, of which 13.8% was protein, 29.5% fat and 56.7% carbohydrates. Conclusion This survey of hyperlipidemic women’s diet structure is not reasonable, more fat intake, the diet should be adjusted. It is recommended that this group should improve unreasonable diet and achieve a balanced diet.
