目的:探讨五行音乐联合指压关元穴在肝癌介入术后尿潴留中的应用疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的100例肝癌介入术后尿潴留患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组在常规治疗基础上予膀胱区热敷,治疗组在对照组基础上予五行音乐联合指压关元穴治疗,观察比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组0.5 h及1 h内排尿人数优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐联合指压关元穴能促进肝癌介入术后尿潴留患者尽早排尿。
Objective: To investigate the effect of five elements music combined with acupressure Guanyuan acupoint in urinary retention after liver cancer intervention. Methods: 100 cases of liver cancer who met the diagnostic criteria for postoperative urinary retention were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with hot compress in the bladder area on the basis of routine treatment. The treatment group was given five elements Music combined acupressure Guanyuan acupuncture treatment, observed and compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 76.0% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group. The number of urination within 0.5 h and 1 h in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Five elements of music combined acupressure Guan Yuan can promote urinary retention in patients with urinary retention after liver cancer urination.
