国家体委和国家教委于1989年10月23日就关于表彰施行《国家体育锻炼标准》先进单位和先进工作者的决定,下达了(89)体群字153号文件。文件指出:《国家体育锻炼标准》自一九八二年经国务院批准、由国家体委公布以来,全国各级各类学校和体育、教育行政部门、人民解放军主管部门认真实施,积极推行。根据国家体委、国家教委(89)体群字30号文件规定,各地体育、教育行政部门和人民解放军主管部门评选推荐出一批施行《国家体育锻炼标准》工作成绩突出的单位和个人。经国家体委、国家教委审定,决定授予北京市东城区麻线胡同小学等288所学校和人民解放军12个基层部队、院校“施行《国家体育锻炼标准》先进单位”称号;授予刘岫生等486位同志“施行《国家体育锻炼标准》先进工作者”称号。
On October 23, 1989, the State Sports Commission and the State Education Commission issued the document (89) Body Code 153 on the decision of commanding advanced units and advanced workers to implement the “National Physical Training Standards”. The paper pointed out: Since the National Physical Training Standard was approved by the State Council in 1982 and announced by the State Sports Commission, all kinds of schools, sports, education administrations and people’s Liberation Army authorities in the country have been earnestly implemented and actively implemented. According to the State Physical Education Commission and the State Education Commission (89) Document No. 30 on the basis of group code, all local sports and education administrative departments and the People’s Liberation Army Administration recommended a batch of units and individuals that have performed outstanding achievements in “National Physical Training Standards”. Approved by the State Sports Commission and the State Education Commission, it was decided to award 288 elementary schools, including the Ma Line alley in Dongcheng District, Beijing, and 12 grassroots units of the People’s Liberation Army and “advanced units” in the state “exercise” national physical training standards; 486 comrades such as Liu Xiusheng “Execution” national standard of workout “advanced worker” title.
