为探讨中国汉族人群的人类血小板特异性抗原(human platelet antigens,HPA)的基因多态性特点并对南北方汉族人群进行比较,本研究合并了24个地区的28篇HPA基因多态性调查文献中HPA-1、HPA-2、HPA-3、HPA-4、HPA-5、HPA-6和HPA-15的基因分型数据,利用统计学方法及相关软件进行整理,并对整理后数据进行对比分析。结果显示HPA-1、HPA-2、HPA-3、HPA-4、HPA-5和HPA-6位点的a、b基因频率差距很大且bb基因型频率接近于0,而HPA-3和HPA-15位点的a、b基因频率差距不大。南北方汉族人群的比较中,HPA-1和HPA-5的基因分型有所差异,而HPA-2的基因型频数分布差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。此结果旨在获取人类血小板抗原基因多态性的特点并提供建立人类血小板抗原数据库的相关资料,对临床输血的指导具有重要意义。
To investigate the genetic polymorphisms of human platelet antigens (HPA) in Chinese Han population and to compare Han and North Koreans, we compared 28 HPA gene polymorphisms in 24 regions The genotyping data of HPA-1, HPA-2, HPA-3, HPA-4, HPA-5, HPA-6 and HPA-15 were analyzed by using statistical methods and related software. Comparative analysis. The results showed that the frequency of a and b genes in HPA-1, HPA-2, HPA-3, HPA-4, HPA-5 and HPA-6 loci was very different and the frequency of bb genotype was close to zero. HPA-15 locus a, b gene frequency difference is not big. The genotypes of HPA-1 and HPA-5 were different among Han and North Han populations, while the frequencies of HPA-2 genotypes were statistically different (p <0.05). The aim of this study is to obtain the characteristics of human platelet antigen gene polymorphism and to provide relevant information on establishing a human platelet antigen database, which is of great significance for the guidance of clinical blood transfusion.
