目的 研究硫酸沙丁胺醇缓释胶囊的药物动力学及生物利用度。方法 以爱纳灵为参比品 ,采用随机交叉试验设计 ,HPL C法测定 18例男性健康志愿受试者单剂量和多剂量口服试验品和参比品后血浆中沙丁胺醇浓度。结果 试验品相对生物利用度 F%分别为 :单剂量 F% 0→ Tn为 84 .6 % ,F% 0→∞ 为 91.3% ,多剂量 F% 0→τ为83.37%。结论 两种制剂生物等效
Objective To study the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of salbutamol sulfate sustained-release capsules. Methods The plasma concentrations of salbutamol in 18 healthy male volunteers were measured by randomized crossover design and randomized crossover design with single-dose and multiple-dose oral test and reference products. Results The relative bioavailability (F%) of test articles were as follows: single dose F% 0 → Tn was 84.6%, F% 0 → ∞ was 91.3%, and multiple dose F% 0 → τ was 83.37%. Conclusions Both formulations are bioequivalent
