目的:比较研究4种含雄黄中成药中酸可溶性重金属和总重金属的含量。方法:采用人工胃液对4种中成药进行样品前处理,并采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)分别测定含雄黄中成药中As、Hg、Cd和Pb等重金属的含量。结果:4种中成药中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Mn、Pb、Sr和Zn的总含量远高于其在人工胃液中的含量,在经人工胃液处理后,Zn、Cu和Pb全部或部分未检出。结论:以上结果为更加科学地评价中成药对人体健康的影响提供了依据。同时提示可溶性重金属含量限度可作为含矿物中成药的质控指标之一。
Objective: To compare the contents of acid-soluble heavy metals and total heavy metals in four kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines containing realgar. Methods: Four kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines were pretreated with artificial gastric juice. ICP, OES and ICP-OES were used to determine the content of As, Hg, Cd and Pb in the realgar. Results: The total contents of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Mn, Pb, Sr and Zn in the four kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines were much higher than those in artificial gastric juice. Not detected in whole or in part. Conclusion: The above results provide a basis for more scientific evaluation of the impact of proprietary Chinese medicines on human health. At the same time, it is suggested that the limit of soluble heavy metals content can be used as one of the quality control indexes of Chinese medicine containing minerals.
