全国重点档案抢救工作座谈会于1988年9月21日至23日在哈尔滨召开。来自29个省市和10个计划单列城市的代表参加了会议。这次座谈会着重总结了五年来全国开展重点档案抢救工作的情况,交流了开展全国重点档案抢救工作的经验,讨论了今后如何进一步加强抢救工作的问题。黑龙江、武汉、上海、重庆等档案局的代表在会上发了言。国家档案局常务副局长冯子直同志在会上做了工作报告。他指出,具有全国意义的重点档案,是我国全部档案的精华,是极为珍贵的历史资料。其价值与国家重点文物一样,是我国文化宝库中的珍宝。它对于研究历史,弘扬民族文化,教育后人,搞活经济,对外开放,都有着重要的作用。他介绍了全国各级档案馆保存全国重点档案的情况;肯定了几年来在财政部的大力支持下,在一些地方财政的资助下,各地抢救全国重点档案所取得的成绩,截至1987年底,共抢救全国重点档案100余万卷(件);指出了工作中存在的问题,对今后的抢救工作提出了要求。
The key national archives rescue work forum was held in Harbin on September 21 to 23, 1988. Representatives from 29 provinces and cities and 10 cities in separate cities attended the meeting. The symposium focused on the situation of carrying out the rescue work of key archives throughout the country in the past five years, exchanged experiences on the rescue work of key national archives and discussed how to further strengthen the rescue work in the future. Representatives of the archives in Heilongjiang, Wuhan, Shanghai and Chongqing made speeches at the meeting. FZ Zi, deputy director of the State Archives Bureau, made a work report at the meeting. He pointed out that the key file of national significance is the essence of all the archives in our country and an extremely precious historical document. Its value is the same as that of national key cultural relics, and is a treasure in our cultural treasure house. It plays an important role in studying history, carrying forward national culture, educating the posterity, invigorating the economy and opening to the outside world. He introduced the archives preservation of key archives throughout the country and affirmed the achievements made over the past few years in the rescue of key national archives with the support of the Ministry of Finance and with the support of some local governments. As of the end of 1987, Rescuing more than 1 million volumes (pieces) of key national archives; pointed out the problems in the work and put forward requirements for future rescue work.
