《图书质量管理规定》第四条规定:符合《出版管理条例》第二十五、二十六条规定的图书,其内容质量属合格。不符合《出版管理条例》第二十五、二十六条规定的图书,其内容质量属不合格。由此可见,编辑要关注书稿中含有国家、意识形态、民族宗教以及随便对企业曝光等政治性问题。政治问题是红线,是责任编辑在实际工作中要高度警惕的。作者有写作的自由,但是编辑承担着政治责任,编辑的政治责任就是不让政治上有问题的书流入市场,在实际工作
Article 4 of the Provisions on the Quality Management of Books stipulates that books conforming to the provisions of Articles 25 and 26 of the Regulations on the Administration of Publishing shall be qualified in content quality.
