目的通过健神利水颗粒对实验性脑出血大鼠窖蛋白1(caveolin-1)表达的影响,探讨健神利水颗粒对脑出血大鼠的脑保护作用与调控caveolin-1表达的关系。方法将大鼠以胶原酶和自体血建立脑出血模型,模型建立后,用健神利水颗粒灌胃,比较不同时间点各组的大鼠的神经功能缺损评分,并用免疫印迹、免疫组化染色检测caveolin-1各组大鼠caveolin-1表达水平。结果 1胶原酶组神经功能缺损评分低于胶原酶+中药组(P<0.05);自体血组神经功能缺损评分低于自体血+中药组(P<0.05)。2胶原酶+中药组caveolin-1低于胶原酶组(P<0.05);自体血+中药组caveolin-1低于于自体血组(P<0.05)。结论健神利水颗粒可以下调caveolin-1表达,对脑出血大鼠具有神经功能保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianlilishui granule on caveolin-1 expression in experimental intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) rats and to explore the relationship between the protective effects of Jianshen Lishui granule on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the expression of caveolin-1 in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage was established by collagenase and autologous blood. After the model was established, the rats were sacrificed and the rats were sacrificed. The neurological deficit scores of rats in each group were compared by Western blot and immunohistochemistry The caveolin-1 expression in each group was detected. Results 1 collagenase group neurological deficit score was lower than collagenase + Chinese medicine group (P <0.05); autologous blood group neurological deficit score was lower than autologous blood + Chinese medicine group (P <0.05). 2 collagenase + Chinese medicine group caveolin-1 was lower than collagenase group (P <0.05); autologous blood + Chinese medicine group caveolin-1 was lower than autologous blood group (P <0.05). Conclusion Jianlizhishui granule can down-regulate the expression of caveolin-1 and has neuroprotective effect on intracerebral hemorrhage in rats.
